Stephen ThomasHYDELinda, Christopher and Jonathan would like to express their sincere thanks to all family, friends, neighbours and colleagues for their kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement, also for the many cards, beautiful flowers and letters of condolences. We would also like to thank Dr Shah and Dr Wright and their teams for the care shown to Stephen during his illness. Also many heartfelt thanks to Mr Rob Willis for his wonderful tribute to Stephen, to Mr Peacock of Co-operative Funeralcare for arranging the service. Thanks to all those people who made donations instead of flowers, the wonderful amount of £460 was raised for South Cleveland Heart Fund in memory of Stephen.
